Mesaside Advances is a small-business funding broker in Cheyenne, Wyoming, at 1900 Thomes Ave, and it is not a lender. Despite the name, it works with six funding types, not only merchant cash advances. It helps Laramie County owners choose a funding type and introduces requests to lending partners, which make credit decisions and set rates and terms.
Who we are
Mesaside Advances is a broker, not a lender. We do not lend our own money, fund advances, or approve and decline applications. We help owners see which funding types suit the cost in front of them, then introduce the request to lending partners that offer those types.
We work only on business funding. Personal, payday and auto title loans are outside what we do, and we are not an SBA lender.
Why a broker is called Advances
It is a fair question. The name says Advances, and a merchant cash advance is one of the six funding types we explain. It is not the only one, and often not the first worth looking at. Working capital, term loans, lines of credit, inventory financing and equipment financing sit on the same menu, and every page of this site says plainly that a merchant cash advance is not a loan.
Our address in Cheyenne, WY

How we work with lending partners
Mesaside Advances connects you with lending partners; partners make credit decisions and set rates and terms. Every request starts with two questions: what will the money pay for, and where will the payments come from? The answers decide the funding type, and the type decides which partners see the request.
Each partner reviews in its own way, may ask for documents, and decides whether to offer anything. An offer is a contract between your business and that partner, and you are free to turn it down. The four steps walk through it.
Partner coverage we have confirmed includes construction and the trades, restaurants, medical and dental practices, and retailers and wholesalers buying stock; see the sectors our partners cover. Local data and resources for the county are on the Cheyenne, WY page.
What we will not do
- Promise approval, an amount, a price or a timeline: those belong to the partner
- Describe a merchant cash advance as a loan
- Publish testimonials, ratings or figures we cannot support
- Send your request to a partner for a funding type you have not agreed to
Disclosures
Mesaside Advances is a broker, not a lender. Sending a request carries no promise of approval, and every price and condition comes from the partner. The broker disclosures explain where your information goes and how we may contact you.
