When you visit, our hosting and service providers receive routine technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and time of visit. Non-essential cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner.

A partner reviewing your request may tell us its status.
The request form provider
The form is embedded from LeadConnector, part of the GoHighLevel platform, which receives and stores what you enter on our behalf. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to filter automated submissions. Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Who receives information
Lending partners
Working on a request means sharing its details with partners that offer the funding type involved. Each partner uses them for its own review, may contact you directly, and follows its own privacy policy.
Service providers
Companies that run our form, hosting, phone and messaging may process information for us.
Legal reasons and business transfers
Information may be disclosed when the law, a subpoena or a court order requires it, or to protect safety or legal rights. If Mesaside Advances is merged, sold or reorganized, information may pass to the new owner.
Cookies
