One address, the whole county
Every place below is in Laramie County, Wyoming. We do not have staff or offices outside our Cheyenne address; owners elsewhere in the county work with us by phone, online, or by arranging to meet at 1900 Thomes Ave.

Cheyenne, WY
The office city. ZIP 82001 alone held 2,013 employer establishments in 2023 (ZIP Code Business Patterns 2023). Business data, license links and local organizations are on the Cheyenne, WY page.
Ranchettes, WY
Ranchettes, 6.4 miles north-northeast of the office, is an unincorporated Census-designated place in ZIP 82009. About 19.3 percent of its employed residents were self-employed (plus or minus 6.4 points), well above the 9.5 percent (plus or minus 1.1) for Laramie County as a whole (U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020-2024). Even at the low end of its range, the share is higher than the county's.
That points to many owner-run businesses, where lending partners usually review the owner's credit and tax returns alongside the business's. Equipment financing and lines of credit are common questions for owner-operated trades.
Fox Farm-College, South Greeley and Warren AFB, WY
These three Census-designated places lie within three miles of the office, outside Cheyenne's city limits. Fox Farm-College and South Greeley lie mostly in ZIP 82007, which they share with much of Cheyenne itself. The Census survey estimates for these places carry wide margins of error, so we do not quote them. Warren AFB is listed here as a Census place only. Owners in all three work with us exactly as Cheyenne owners do.
Burns, WY
Burns is an incorporated town 24.3 miles east of the office. Its ZIP code, 82053, covers far more land than the town itself, which takes up about 1.5 percent of it (2020 ZCTA-to-place relationship file), so these are ZIP figures, not town figures: 38 employer establishments with 129 paid employees in 2023, 73.7 percent of them with fewer than five employees, and construction the largest single sector with 8 establishments (U.S. Census Bureau, ZIP Code Business Patterns 2023).
Small contractors in and around Burns ask the same questions as contractors in Cheyenne; contractor financing covers equipment, lines of credit and the gap between draws.
Hillsdale and Carpenter, WY
Both are small unincorporated places in the east of the county. Only nine employer establishments had a ZIP 82060 (Hillsdale) address in 2023, and fourteen had a ZIP 82054 (Carpenter) address, too few for a meaningful profile (ZIP Code Business Patterns 2023). Owners there work with us by phone and online.
Laramie County is not Laramie, WY
Laramie, WY is a separate city in Albany County, not part of Laramie County. Places in Colorado are outside this list: the nearest in our Census check, Nunn, CO, is 29.1 straight-line miles away (2025 Gazetteer).
